My payment failed — what now?

What this solves: Recovering from a failed charge without losing access.

Quick answer: A failed payment is usually an expired or declined card. Update your card in billing settings and we'll retry the charge automatically.

Steps:

  1. Open Settings, then Billing.
  2. Update your card details.
  3. We retry automatically — you'll get a confirmation when it clears.
  4. If it still fails, contact your bank or reach out to support.
